Jian Shi is a female member of the CPC who graduated from Xi'an Polytechnic University with a master's degree in management science. Currently, she serves as the director of the general office at the School of Translation Studies. During her career, she has been awarded the honorary titles of Advanced Individual and Excellent Information Officer at Xi'an Translation Institute. She has successively participated in a special fund project for the development of private higher education in Shaanxi Province in 2012, a key scientific research project at the university in 2013, and presided over a school-level educational reform project. Additionally, she has published papers such as "Multidimensional Analysis of College Students' Competition and the Cultivation of Students' Comprehensive Ability", "Cultivation of Practical Talents from a Perspective of College Students' English Competition", and "Education and Teaching Management under the Goal of Cultivating Innovative Ability in Colleges and Universities".
